We chance upon theories after theories that may seem to suck the life out of us. Could we change our perspectives to offer an opportunity for us to encapsulate all the learning? Practicality comes to the mind of how we can make things "real" in reality.
In our quest for knowledge inquiry, we came across "practical leadership" which is defined as leadership that focuses on leading throughout emerging new changes.
Anaytical leadership is defined as leadership that focuses on the use of content knowledge from a degree/masters/phd/courses to change the leadership perspective.
